Dave Frost
Hi Guys, I am sure this is just a setting that I have wrong or something easy to fix. Over the past few days I updated my video card from a GTX580 to a GTX780 and took my RAM from 1600 to 2133. I always test new configurations at YMML as the airport itself tests the system and then after takeoff you quickly transition over farmland. Since my upgrade, after takeoff if I look back on the Runways externally I now seem to get extremely bad flicker mainly around the runway thresholds. I am also getting a lot of scenery 'popping' quite near the aircraft even though I have a LOD of 6.5. I tried to address the issue using 4 x SGSS in NV Inspector but this doesn't seem to have supressed the issue. Overall with the upgrades my FSX experience is improved with smoother frame rates however I just can't seem to fix my ORBX issue. Thanks & Regards Dave

Dave Frost
yes it is Dean, 16 x What I will do when I get home from work (and I should have thought of earlier) is to see if the issue is present at any of the other big ORBX airports. Cheers Dave
