pablo_gsxr750
Hello, I've just purchased FTX Australia SP4 and YMML v2 - Yet despite following the YMML v2 .pdf setup guide exactly - I seem only able to produce a semi-blurred look from the cockpit (see attached screenprints) when compared to the screenprints offered for comparison on page 9 of the Orbx FTX AU YMML Melbourne International Version 2.0 User Guide – November 2010. For Information I have a very high performance running FSX and allow REX Essential Plus Overdrive to create user texture themes for all airports including Runway/Taxiways and Airport Environments. Naturally since installing YMML v2 this would seem not to apply for obvious reasons at Melbourne. Could anyone please offer some help or suggestions on how I can achieve more detailed texture clarity or indeed allow REX to help out..? Many thanks. pablo_gsxr750
Here are my screenprints at last - sorry for the delay! Further points to mention... 1. I can maintain 30 fps at all australian airports except YMML v2 now which has dropped to 22/20 fps 2. Top-Down view texture quality is really what I'm looking for from the cockpit if at all possible? 3. Overall I'm impressed with FTX Australia SP4 however, I'm not sure about the specific airport upgrades if YMML v2 is anything to go by. Yet again I would like anyone to share their advice or help with me to improve the look of YMML v2. Cheers Pablo Pictures... pablo_gsxr750
I'll take it from the lack of suggestion or help that what I've asked about YMML v2 is something I'll have to live with or delete YMML v2 and revert back to AusSP4/FSX standard.
