Wolter van der Spoel Posted May 31, 2013 Share Posted May 31, 2013 Hi Jason,, are you using a download manager ? sounds like an incomplete download to me you could try and use the GetRight download manager, it has a 30 day free trail option also when trying to run the installer make sure to unpack into it's own folder do not attempt to run the installer from within the zip file as it won't work Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
