maxter Posted March 28, 2013 Share Posted March 28, 2013 Hi all, Just upgraded my FS rig and am about to launch into reinstalling MSFS onto the machine once again (specs below). It's been a long time since I have had to do this. Can anyone who knows, please point me to somewhere that has a decent setup process (ie the order in which I should install my FS and Orbx stuff)? 84corvette Posted March 29, 2013 Share Posted March 29, 2013 Caribou, One thing that helped me as new FSX'er was Bojote, an FSX.cfg "tweaker". Worked great and improved my FPS dramatically. As for installation of stuff, I have always installed any 3rd party landclass and mesh's before anything else, followed by my scenery then other apps such as AS 2012 (for example) and so forth last and re starting Flight Sim between installs.
