While parked up on the GA apron over at Cardiff, I noticed that the grass is transparent. John Venema Posted April 2, 2013 Share Posted April 2, 2013 It is probably due to the extremely low level of the shot which you'll agree is not a typical viewpoint for GA flying. During most normal flights and even walking with Bob the transparency issue is not really noticeable. That said, we'll look into why it's happening. Aerosoft had the same issue with edge grass in the product Mega Airport Duesseldorf, interestingly enough. Let me post a shot of my ( ) Spitfire parked up at Stapleford... the grass there does not have this transparency thing... Perhaps that may help to track down the issue?
