ACTIVE Corrupted files !

Hello,

I recently bought the Wales scenery and the four english airports or airfields available at this day, and I experienced many problem to download and to install two of them.

Once I had downloaded Wales Scenery and Shuttleworth, when I tried to unzip them I got corrupted files .

I tried to download these soft, six or seven times from the different links available, and sometimes the download couldn't ended, and when it can, the files are always corrupted.

Whats happened ?

and how can I get these files

If your download is corrupt the file will need to be downloaded again. Please clear out your browser cache and temporary files and restart your internet connection and computer before reattempting the download.

Sometimes the corruption is due to the inability of the Windows inbuilt unzip facility to handle large files, we recommend downloading one of the following software :

WinZip - http://www.winzip.com

WinRAR - http://www.rarlab.com/download.htm

7zip - http://www.7-zip.org/

We also recommend using a download manager such as Internet Download Manager (http://www.internetdownloadmanager.com) which offers a free trial period to handle the transfer of large files from our servers. This program will ensure the download is resumed in the event that an interruption occurs on your connection to the server, which seems to be the case here.

Perhaps you can try re-downloading using a download manager. Alternatively you can have the software delivered on disk with the purchase of a Digital Media Service (DMS). For further information on the DMS please see the following product page on our website:

I use Flashget to download your files and Winrar to unzip them.

I nearly have all of your products, because of their overwelming quality, and I got them always by Download, because I'm to hurry and don't want to wait for a postal delivery.

until this time I didn't experienced downloading problems like now.

I don't know if the troubles come from my provider, or my computer, but I tried to download another time the two files : Wales Scenery and Shuttleworth airport, from another computer and using GetRight, I could get Shuttleworth but not Wales. for this last one, I got again a corrupted file.

I don't understand why. I never had this problem before.

Try this...(at your own risk)...I have done this before with no security problems as a result. Go to: Internet options, click on advanced page, in the settings box, scroll down to the Security area, untick/uncheck the box: Do not save encrypted pages to disk, click apply,ok Try to download again, if it does work...great! When done downloading, don't forget to go back to the settings and recheck the box for security reasons.

Thank's for your suggestion but, this box is already uncheck all the time on my computer, and I never had security troubles. maybe because of my firewall and antimalware protection.
