Ripcord
How to remove certain placed objects in BGL file? FTX_PNW_objects_KGRF_PLC.bgl is the file I am referring to. Specifically I am interested in removing the static B52h and FA-18 hornets from Gray AAF at Fort Lewis (KGRF). The sceney is really very good and happy with the parking, I'd just like to remove these two items -- without removing all the placed objects in that BGL file. FSMontie
You could try Airport Design Editor 9x. You will need to have the SDK installed first I think.
Neil Hill
Hi Mark, You need to get the program Instant Scenery (IS) to remove those static aircraft. I'm kind of on a tightrope when adding static a/c to the military airports, put none in and folks will say where's the a/c, if I do put some in others, like you, want them removed, can't win. I try to put only a few in and split the difference. Anyway IS will have them gone in a flash. By the way IS is a great program and will allow you to gussy up your favorite airports to your hearts content. Cheers, Neil
Ripcord
Neil A perfect solution here would be to put the static aircraft in their own bgl file. Then the more discriminate types like me that prefer live AI would have an option; they could just turn the file to .OFF Just a thought.
