NOTED England scenery problem

I am at the point where FSX will not load at any airport in the UK. "Loading terrain" progresses until a "Missing Scenery Object" message is displayed with the GUID shown below.

I have re-installed FTX England, applied the latest ORBX libs. Neither solves the problem.

Any assistance greatly appreciated.

Hi,

If you turn off "Missing Scenery Object" in the fsx.cfg you can loadup just fine, i will investigate what that guid should be.

there must be a line in your fsX.cfg activated to create this

you'll find your fsX.cfg file here => C:\Users\your username\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\FSX

right-click and open with Notepad

under the section [sCENERY]

look for :

MissingLibraryAlert=1

ShowMissingTextureAlert=1

set both to :

MissingLibraryAlert=0

ShowMissingTextureAlert=0

or disable them by :

//MissingLibraryAlert=1

//ShowMissingTextureAlert=1
