FTX mode is only available if you have purchased an FTX region pack, which I'm guessing you don't have. Your best bet is to go to Windows Update (link below) and when the option appears to choose "Express" or "Custom", choose "Custom" and then select anything .NET related in both High Priority and Optional components. http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com/ This is the best no-fuss way to install the correct version of .NET to your PC.
