EU England - Terminal Night Lighting - Missing Cone of Light

Just completed first night flight in England. Landed at EGDY. I notice that my setup shows no ground lighting, cone of light on the tarmac. Is anyone else experiencing this?

I double checked that I had set the street lighting to "ON" and also tried it with "OFF" and it made no difference.
