tennyson
I haven't posted anything in here for some time, so I had a glorious flight from hometown Brissie to Auckland. It was a fairly slow flight as I had the tanks topped to the brim and landed with enough for the return trip. It was an evening flight and I love to fly the NGX at night, it's a real buzz with it's authentic taxi lights. Anyhow, here they are: Taxying to runway 1 Looks like the guys are working in the hangar tonight Here's the international to the right Lined up at the end of the runway Over the pond operations NGX 800 interior Gear down, I can see Auckland from here Land of the long white cloud... Locked and chocked at NZAA Hope you enjoyed, Frank

Derek McAllan
Stunning Frank, I don't do anywhere near enough night flying. Think I'll have to give a trans-Tasman hop a go again! Cheers, Derek

tennyson
I love to fly late at night, Iain. Perfect time of day, as the neighbours get a bit upset at me drilling and sanding and such at two o'clock in the morning....hahaha And Derek, those Tasman hops are getting to be my favourites. Brissie to Auckland, Christchurch and Queenstown, altho the Queenstown approach is a doozy! Frank
