rf253 Posted March 9, 2012 Share Posted March 9, 2012 heres a few from me on a recent flightsim group flight we did from Omaka to Christchurch After departing Lakes Station/Nelson Lake NZLE to Murchison looks like the weather is closing in on this one After T&G at Murchison NZMR - the weather getting worse better get to Christchurch Where is Christchurch - Gotta love REX Overdrive weather and Real Weather update .........Ughhh and a couple off another flight further south on the South island Passing over the town of Ettrick setting Seasons can certainly effect scenery textures. rf253 Posted March 11, 2012 Author Share Posted March 11, 2012 Just finished planning a flight for our flightsim group out of Mt Cook to Milford Sound up Tasman & then over to the western skifields and down Franz Joseph Glacier then track down the west coast. This shot shows some of the intimidating west coast lowland closed in by the Alps than run the length of the island. You can see Mount Cook towering above all else in the center in the distance.
