HercFan
Had a fabulous few hours this morning flying the Frank Church River of No Return area, in Idaho. Just east of KMYL (McCall), it's an amazing bush area that was highlighted several years ago in "Idaho Exposed". Here are some randoms from the 'pit: Plane: Aerosoft Katana 4X Flight also included a landing (and successful t/o afterwards) at USFS Dixie (A05)

HercFan
Note that the Katana is not exactly what I would refer to as a 'bush plane'. But it can still handle some of those strips. And remember to remove the wheel fairings!!
twinpete
lovely shots. the region around mc call municipal is my favorite at the moment. the airport itself is placed perfectly at a lake surrounded by lush hills and all the exciting backcountry dirtstrips are within range to go out exploring. will post some shots from my roundtripts there later
