John Lovell Posted June 1, 2011 Share Posted June 1, 2011 A short flight from Busselton YBLN to Jandakot YPJT with a stop off at Bunbury YBUN to pick up some passengers. Honestly, Bunbury wasn’t originally on the schedule, but as I was enroute with some menacing looking weather, I spotted a nice looking airstrip below. So decided to circle a bit to lose some altitude, I then landed at Bunbury and thought... wow!! I only installed Jandakot ( a nice gift from a friend, you know who you are ) and I usually like to fly to the newly installed scenery. I recently installed all the freeware Oz airfields, so Bunbury must be one of them in the package?.. I don’t know who the creator of this airfield is, but hats off to whoever as I was blown away by the detail in this airfield and was really pleasantly surprised to have found this airfield by making my unscheduled stop there!
