[FAQ] Why do I have to verify myself when posting, I am a registered member?

The first two posts you do from this date on as a new member will make you verify yourself using CAPTCHA technology, mainly due to the influx of spammers. We apologise for any inconvenience but it is getting out of hand, we have to spend too much time on trying to keep spammers off the boards. Next step will have to be administrator member verification, which would mean it would take up to 24 hours before you can even post. I hope it does not have to come to this because it would mean more work for me.

I use CAPCHA on my board, I also have Accounts authorised by Admin and still they come...   It's a PITA!

Facts of life unfortunately. I have to authenticate at places and do not mind. I understand.
