normandean
I just went to PCAviator to purchase another aircraft, and stupidly clicked on the wrong product. I didn't notice what I had done untill after completing the credit card transaction (they were the same price). An email to PCAviator prodiuced a rapaid responce from them plus a URL for the product that I wanted. Norman

Guest simtechdave
Always nice to hear the pleasant stories. We (the collective - universal "we") are always quick to complain and let others know how we were mistreated but so few of us, myself included, applaud the efforts of others when something goes right. Over the past few years I have tried to let others know about positive experiences, especially in retail or restaurant type situations. I've actually called the manager over and let them know about positive experiences and I can tell you this... it makes their day. Bravo Norman, on your Bravo...lol
