I purchased it with the online download approach but would like to upgrade to the DVDs so I can reload it on a new i7 based PC in the near future (and uninstall it from my current PC). Is there a way to just pay for the upgrade? Secondly, I like to have a clean set of scenery with no missing objects so the load is fast and I know that I have installed addon scenery correctly. I set fsx.cfg as follows: [sCENERY] MissingLibraryAlert=1 I did this with PNW and got about 40 object missing alerts (first one GUID is {69DE00F0-2A19-437D-BD13-8EF3F806302D}. Maybe I am missing a file or maybe because I failed to uninstall the PNW demo first. Could you please check with the above setting some location within PNW to make sure that you don't see any Scenery Object Missing alerts? How to uninstall the PNW Demo you can find here => http://orbxsystems.com/forums/index.php?topic=22371.0 Also when finished the install of PNW then please also get the PNW SP.002 patch from here => http://fullterrain.com/support.html DO NOT forget to set FTXCentral to PNW BEFORE applying the patch ! after that install the latest library 101104 files also available here => http://fullterrain.com/support.html as for a DVD version I advise you to contact the FlightSimStore for a backup copy of the installer Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Dave If you have the original downloaded installers still just run them, otherwise simply login to your FSS account and re-download them from the 'My download files' page.
