Penzoil3 Posted October 11, 2010 Share Posted October 11, 2010 According to what Hugh Varity, the author of " We Landed by Moonlight " said ; the real Lysander floated a bit too. He tells about the intense training they went through to learn to handle the Lizzie, and they were all experienced pilots. Having read the book, I would say the flight model is pretty accurate.
