Derek McAllan
Woohoo!! Finally I've got FSX fully reinstalled on my system after my dying hard drive saga, and a convenient upgrade to Windows 7 64bit. A month with no FSX hurt, especially as I'd just gotten PNW a few days before the crash. To celebrate getting FSX back up and tweaked to within an inch of it's life, I took a leisurely dawn flight around Broome, Western Australia in the Trike. I'm liking FSX a lot more under Win 7 than Vista, it all runs so much more smoothly, and my water's looking nice now too... something I was never really happy with before. One quickie, will be wearing out the V key real soon Cheers, Derek

Derek McAllan
Cheers all! Good to be back in action... now to start reinstalling aircraft. A few of my install files didn't survive the data recovery so here goes the process of downloading stuff from Captain Sim, PMDG, etc all over again.
