wain71 Posted September 26 Share Posted September 26 I am also giving my system a good clean up, removing everything and getting rid of gigs of junk.... My worry is Windows, I understand it may require a reactivation after installing the two new parts, I have confirmed it is linked to my Microsoft account, however I can't find a physical copy of Windows 11 anywhere only Office 365, I am hoping this won't be an issue because it says on Microsoft I won't need the code because it's linked... Anyone else done this before? my last build was in 2019, I bought my copy of Win 11 back in 2022 I think and installed it onto a new drive.... Anything else I need to look out for? wain71 Posted Monday at 03:42 PM Author Share Posted Monday at 03:42 PM all went well, install was good, now reinstalling all my software, I had a mass cleaning of everything, like a new PC now, I did forget to connect the front 2 fans though, so I have left the side off until I do that .....
