cannot install pna program

when i install pna  i receive the following message:

"unhandled exception has occurred in your application. if you click continue the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue. if you click quit the app will close.

object reference not set to an instance of an object."

if i continue the program works but odd things happen (a building will be suspended in midair). Also how do you uninstall?
