resolved Orbx Central will not load

Just tried to install FTX EU England I have just purchased. Orbx Central would not start. It said it was running when it was not. I uninstalled OC and download a new copy from your website. Once installed it reported errors. These errors are the only thing that appears in central.log everything else has been deleted. Please advise.

I have managed to get OC installed. I found even though I had uninstalled OC in event viewer I found it running. I stopped OC and then deleted all the Orbx files and directories in local and roaming. OC now installs and runs.
