windowseat73 Posted January 25, 2021 Share Posted January 25, 2021 Hi there, I've been to SJC a few times now, but whenever I park or start a flight, the jetways don't connect to the aircraft. There's always a huge gap between them and the door. Is this a known issue? I don't know if it happens at every gate, but it's been problematic at the ones I've parked at.
