yes i will here it is I did get any error it just quit

The above error in appears in the log file occurs when attempting to extract a zip within your backup directory. 

 

Can you try deleting the contents of C:\Users\KSDent\AppData\Roaming\Orbx\Central\Backup\global-openlc-northamerica\ to delete the backup files for this product? If you reattempt a download after deleting the backup files and the process proceeds without an error this will indicate that a backup zip file had become corrupted.
