Orbx library is visible ...but can't get them so show up

What a situation!  I have all my Orbx sceneries in a separate library on C/Users/name/Orbx Library.  They are there.  Completely downloaded, but when I start Central , my products are listed but not installed. There are no checkmarks along side...only empty circles.   I have restarted over and over.  When I scan for libraries, it says it shows the library location.  I really don't want to go through reinstalling every one again; there are 197 gigs of scenery.  Please help. What can I do that I haven't tried.



Your Central log file provides us important information, please attach it to your support requests. You can find it at the following locations, or by pressing Control + Shift + L.

  • Windows: %APPDATA%/Orbx/Central/central.log
  • macOS: ~/Library/Application Support/Orbx/Central/central.log
  • Linux: ~/.config/Orbx/Central/central.log

You can delete this box/quote once your log is attached

I reinstalled all my sceneries today....I really couldn't wait for the response to this.  All is well now, but if you know the reason for my problem, I would still like to know what I COULD have done.
