Central not installing correctly

Operating system:  Win 10

Simulator:  FSX


Issue:  I had Central 4.1.14  installed and working OK.

However I had  my PC upgraded with a new GPU and extra Ram etc.

The tech also reinstalled the latest Windows 10 version.

FSX and Orbx software were uninstalled at the time.

I have reinstalled FSX minus Orbx files at this stage and have run FSX several times OK.

Now when I try to install Central it recognises that I have FSX installed and can find the File location but will not load the program completely and doesn't complete the installation.

I can see the error code in the Log File but it doesn't help me.

Any help would be appreciated.

Please could you ensure Orbx Central is closed and delete the .auth file found at: C:\Users\Your Username\AppData\Roaming\Orbx\Central\.auth


Entering %APPDATA%\Orbx\Central into Windows Explorer will also take you straight there.


Then reopen Central and try to log in. If the issue persists please could you provide a screenshot of what you are seeing, and another copy of your central.log file.
