Error occurred while charging your card

Hi all.

 

I'm having trouble purchasing scenery through Central.  Whenever I try to complete the transaction, it gives me an error "An error occurred while charging your card. Please try again."  After many attempts, it's still giving me the same error.  Funds are available on the card, and I've never had issues doing foreign transactions before.  Can someone shed some light on what I may be doing wrong, or if this is perhaps a server issue with Orbx payment processing?  Thanks

Operating system:  Windows 10
