Purchase fail?

I don't know right now, so I'm going to write here:

I just loaded Central closed want to buy me the global basic package and Stockholm Airport packed everything in the shopping cart. I have payment instructions through PayPal and because Sofortüberweisung performs everything. Money is booked from the account but I did not get my purchased products again via GiroPay and again nothing. Also now paid 2 times and got nothing ......... Can someone help me there because my English is also a ticket is already written with a translator ........
