discover failed to initialize the map

Issue:  I am running Orbx Central v4.1.9. When I press the discover button I get the message - Error, failed to initialize the map.  I restarted Orbx Central and my graphic card is up to date.

Store, Partners and My products all work O.K.

It appears the log file failed to attach correctly. Can you try uploading it once again so we can look into this for you?

Unfortunately your log file doesn't provide any useful information in this case. The map fails to initialise due to an issue with WebGL support on your PC. You should check if you're graphics card supports WebGL. One way to do this is to open the following page in Chrome https://get.webgl.org/
