Cannot install TEGB

Hi Nick,

I also cannot install Truearth Great Britain South, it hangs at the end when it says" backing up and cleaning up files..).

When I try to install the suggested Microsoft visual  2013 or 2015, I get a reply saying this failed because a more recent version i.e. 2017 is installed.

Any suggestions? I also bought Africa recently , which installed perfectly(in the main folder), GB south was destined to go  into a library because there was a lack of disk space elsewhere.
