Is this when Central is updating itself, or installing a product?

 

If it is when installing a product, please attach your Central log file.

At the beginning it is about 8 days old, central Orbx does not launch. Then trying to reinstall the load hangs at 25% and is endless!
Therefore impossible to make a purchase of a product or to carry out updates or maintenance!

• Go to "Add or remove programs" on your computer.
• Uninstall Orbx Central.
• Download Orbx Central from https://orbxdirect.com/central
• Install it again

Hello,

 

Your log file suggests Orbx Central is running on Windows 7. In your original post, you mentioned you were running Windows 10. This means you are running Orbx Central in compatibility mode, which will not work. 

 

Right-click on your Orbx Central shortcut and press Properties. Under the Compatibility tab make sure that 'Run this program in compatibility mode for:' is disabled.
