Your Central log file provides us important information, please attach it to your support requests. You can find it at the following locations, or by pressing Control + Shift + L.

  • Windows: %APPDATA%/Orbx/Central/central.log
  • macOS: ~/Library/Application Support/Orbx/Central/central.log
  • Linux: ~/.config/Orbx/Central/central.log

You can delete this box/quote once your log is attached




Operating system:  win10 64-bit

Simulator:  p3dv4.5


Issue:  updated Orbx Central do 4.1.1 including update subject Libraries.  Installationn failed as 1 file failed to extract. i uninstalled Libraries, downloaded file again to no avail. Ran Verify files in Central and still no change. Any suggestioin?? Running p3dv 4.5 and hve had no problem earlie

This appears to be a corrupt backup file. Can you please delete the following files on your computer and try again:

C:\Users\William Nilsen\AppData\Roaming\Orbx\Central\Backup\Orbxlibs\b41b1a2b-cf4e-4956-8f39-c302ec150024.c.zip

C:\Users\William Nilsen\AppData\Roaming\Orbx\Central\Backup\Orbxlibs\e16d12b9-7c09-49b4-b016-6921d5dd60ea.c.zip
