I purchased an airport yesterday, but it never showed up in "My Products," and I opened a separate support ticket for that (still pending). Today, I have been unable to open Orbx Central, in that most of My Products show fields that are grayed out (but with moving textures in the boxes, as if trying to load something), See below screen shot. Of course, this makes it impossible for me to enter the Settings Menu. I don't think the snagged airport purchase is directly connected to my subsequent problem, because I was certainly able to access Orbx Central yesterday evening. One more thing: the above quote from this forum tells me where my "Central log file" is located. Maybe so, but the Windows 10 File Explorer says there is no such folder in my PC.
