Error - Cant download and save the manifest issue

Operating system:  Windows 10 - Fully Updated

Simulator:  Prepar3d V4 (latest release)

Issue:  

Error: Could not download and save the manifest.

 

Have tried the tips on page 32, tried deleting cache, tried disabling anti virus, tried allowing the app through firewall, tried re install, tried fast track, disabled fast track, run in administrator......bascially tried everything that I could find on the forums. Updated windows fully today too.

 

Essentially this does it for everything but most concerning I just purchased chase plane and I cant download it after shelling out $57 so a bit disappointing that the central app won't let me download/install anything at all.

 

have tried freeware, SODE update and of course my purchased product
