active Fsx steam crashing can't fully remove orbx global base

So just had a recent Auto generated upgrade of the lovely possesed windows 10 now when I go to launch a flight my PC crashes so trying to delete all files and no matter what I delete fsx and even steam all together. If I go into my orbx libraries and click on global base it says it's still installed?? So must be embedded in steam somewhere?? Any help also would like to get my library tiles within orbx ftx the way they used to be . Now it's like a left colum that says my products?? Very confusing
