Cannot connect to download

Your Central log file provides us important information, please attach it to your support requests. You can find it at the following locations, or by pressing Control + Shift + L.

  • Windows: %APPDATA%/Orbx/Central/central.log
  • macOS: ~/Library/Application Support/Orbx/Central/central.log
  • Linux: ~/.config/Orbx/Central/central.log

You can delete this box/quote once your log is attached




Have  purchased Vector, Europe LC, Buildings and Trees. It took nearly an hour for Central to connect so the products could start downloading  - been going for an hour now and its only downloaded 1% of the Opel LC. At this rate it is going to be days before they are all downloaded. Is this normal that the ORBX servers are so slow ?
