The error log suggests that Central is unable to update itself as it cannot establish a secure connection. Quote 2019-12-17T02:56:59.893Z [ERROR] [Main] - Error: net::ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR This can be caused by an incorrect system time.
