FSStewie Posted September 15, 2019 Share Posted September 15, 2019 Hello ORBX: Just purchased CityScape Honolulu, and am trying to load via ORBX Central (as I always do). Have tried at least ten times, both last night and this morning after turning computer off last night. Always receive a message that there is a "Communications Error" and product won't install. Really excited about this product, as Hawaii had been a big part of my life. Can someone please help me install this product. Thanks! Sincerely, Stewart S. Josh Koz Posted September 16, 2019 Share Posted September 16, 2019 Hi @FSStewie, This error indicates that the Orbx Central downloader is failing to start on your PC. The first step would be to ensure you meet all the system requirements outlined in the user guide. http://orbx.to/central-guide. Can you also attach your central.log file?
