active Changes to Central activates all sceneries

Hi,

 

Just downloaded Central. I am finding that should I make any change to a scenery, for example, remove aircraft from EGLC, when I close Central, all of my Orbx scenery is activated (when previously they were not) . I then have to deactivate via my Simstarter software. Is there anyway to prevent this from happening as I have a number of sceneries and it takes up unnecessary time.
