resolved Scenery order opinion, please?

Issue:  Scenery seems a little out of order with Orbx Central.  I'm not seeing any issues yet when flying so maybe everything is okay, but the North America LC and Base LC appear out of order to how it was before.  If you say it's fine, I'll not worry about it.  Thanks for your thoughts.

If you aren't encountering any issues, this layering should be okay. We'll be improving the layering of openLC products in an upcoming update.

Thanks for the reply, Mitchell.  Everything looks good in the sim, so I'll focus on flying and check for Central updates when they're released.
