Danil Rumyantsev
Quote Your Central log file provides us important information, please attach it to your support requests. You can find it at the following locations, or by pressing Control + Shift + L. Windows: %APPDATA%/Orbx/Central/central.log macOS: ~/Library/Application Support/Orbx/Central/central.log Linux: ~/.config/Orbx/Central/central.log You can delete this box/quote once your log is attached Operating system: Windows Simulator: Prepar3D v4.5 Screenshot: Issue: I have multiple issues after migrating to the new ORBX central 1) Vector is not recognising any scenery and its blank 2) Its look like some of my sceneries( installed via prepar3D v4 Add-ons) was deleted from the add-ons.cfg UK2000 sceneries mainly. 3) I have this sign-an error occurred while trying to synchronize your simulator and cannot make any insertion point change. Its look like Central is not recognising my sim properly. I dont know why, hope you will help me. 4) Also ive noticed that scenery.cfg file located AppData\Roaming\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v4 is totally empty. central.log

The error appears to be caused when Central tries to modify scenery.cfg. For P3Dv4 the scenery.cfg path is %ProgramData%\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v4, does that file appear okay? Hello! I've just checked vector-the issue remains the same. I don't know what was released in update you mensioned about, but it doesn't work for me at all. Thats for sure. 12 hours ago, Mitchell Williamson said: Orbx Central doesn't modify the add-ons.cfg. I've found issue about about addons- there are actually 2 files responsible for this. 12 hours ago, Mitchell Williamson said: The error appears to be caused when Central tries to modify scenery.cfg. I've copied another one and now i can use an insertion point change option. The strange thing is this file was not empty one-before migration to central v4. So its look like new central deleted it somehow, or using another code maybe. I dont know, cause im just a simple user. not programmer. And im really frustrated with this kind of things, cause i cant use my flightsim at all. Especially because of elevation problems caused by vector. Frankly speaking i thought that ORBX one of the best flightsim related companies, and it definatelly was. Cause i;ve never experiensed problems like this before. But for now i dont know what to say, cause i think it must be better testing before release for such a complex addon. I dont know for the whole sim comunity, but i really dont want to be a beta-tester. Could you advise please, how long it will take to fix at least vector problem? I can't give a guaranteed date for this at the moment. It is currently going through our internal testing process and it appears to resolve this issue. It will be released as soon as we're confident it works correctly.
