Jock7
I have now tried to take off from Southampton with no problems also Edinburgh and flown around both cities again with no problems. Upon checking the scenery the ORBX Libraries are where they should be.
Mitchell Williamson
Hi! Does the issue persist after closing Central with Alt-F4/Cmd-Q, then reopening it?
Jock7
Just tried a re-run and it is still running even though it tells me it is complete. Tried what you suggested but no change. The Libraries are still showing in the scenery of the sim.
Mitchell Williamson
Close Central (also making sure it isn't in that still running in the system tray), then delete the following directory: %TEMP%/Orbx That should completely clear out the download queue once you launch Central again. Jock7
Spoke too soon, the problem with ORBX Libraries is back. Just had a thought is there anyway that I can download the Libraries and install through the manual set-up. Sometimes a scenery programme asks for the Libraries. When I run Prepar3d the Libraries are shown the setup and when I run the sim there is no problem with the scenery. Attached is my log. central.log
Mitchell Williamson
Hi! It appears from your log something is causing Saturn (the Central download component) to crash. Can you try running Install/Verify Files on Orbxlibs using the latest version of Central (we just released v4.0.4) and see if the problem persists? Jock7
Hi Mitchell thanks for your advice but I have removed all Orbx sceneries from my computer and am in the process of re-installing and it seems to have sorted, the only thing is that I am running out of disc space. Jock7
Have now removed P3D completely as I now want to concentrate on XP11 and Aerofly 2 and both are much better in Virtual Reality. Thanks again for your help Mitchell.
