Historian
Quote Your Central log file provides us important information, please attach it to your support requests. You can find it at the following locations, or by pressing Control + Shift + L. Windows: %APPDATA%/Orbx/Central/central.log macOS: ~/Library/Application Support/Orbx/Central/central.log Linux: ~/.config/Orbx/Central/central.log You can delete this box/quote once your log is attached Having migrated all of my scenery through ORBX Central, P3D now asks me to enable most of them whenever I start it. It does not seem to remember my answers. As I have 'A LOT' of ORBX scenery, this is rather a pain to get it going. Is there a way to stop this happening? I tried running HELP/ReSync for my scenery but it came up with an error: Various log files attached. Could not find a basic log or error file for P3D, like X-Plane has. Do they create one?? Cheers Operating system: Windows 10 Simulator: P3DV4.5 Screenshot: Issue: add-ons.cfg central.log scenery.cfg scenery_add-ons.xml terrain.cfg
Historian
I may have solvede this one. First I tried uninstalling and re-installing some of my scenery - this had no effect. I then loaded up the latest version of Lorby-Si Add-on Organiser (V1.43 b03.) This detected all the new ORBX scenery as add-ons and has successfully updated the add-ons.cfg for P3DV4. The new cfg file is attached along with the original - *cfg.P4AOBAK add-ons.cfg add-ons.cfg.P4AOBAK
Mitchell Williamson
Hi! Prepar3D should update the add-ons.cfg automatically when you press 'Yes' on the confirmations. One thing that may prevent this is if Prepar3D isn't running as administrator. 14 hours ago, Historian said: This detected all the new ORBX scenery as add-ons and has successfully updated the add-ons.cfg for P3DV4. I'm glad that it is resolved for you now, but do let us know if you run into this in the future even after running Prepar3D as admin.
