Museumkeeper
Hi Operating system: Windows 10 Simulator: X-Plane 11.35r1 Screenshot: Yes Issue: Today I purchased software Darrington and anacortes and installed it using Orbx Central asking it to save a backup on drive H: and the airport on drive F: with a link to my X-Plane Drive D:. It did all of the above except when I enter Orbx Central, Darrington and Anacortes still show as uninstalled with the iNSTALL button still showing. I attach my log file as requested together with a photo/ I really like this software and look forward to its further development. Kind regards Ian S Log.txt
Mitchell Williamson
Hi Ian, Can you try the following: Press 'Install' again on Anacortes Let the install process complete. Attach your central.log file (see details below) Quote Your Central log file provides us important information, please attach it to your support requests. You can find it at the following locations: Windows: %APPDATA%/Orbx/Central/central.log macOS: ~/Library/Application Support/Orbx/Central/central.log Linux: ~/.config/Orbx/Central/central.log You can also find it in Central on the Settings page, under Help This will let us get more information about the install process and figure out what has gone wrong.
