active openLC NA Texture Problem

Hey guys,

 

I just did a fresh install of P3D and I'm seeing some issues of textures where they look completely mismatched and don't belong together.  These photos are taken about 10 miles east of KLAS.  I have ORBX Global, openLC North America, Vector,  FlyTampa LAS, and FS Pilot Global Ultimate installed.  I don't know if this is normal or there is some sort of scenery conflict, it just looks like the scenery tiles are placed randomly.  Any help would be appreciated.
