I have an 4790k CPU running @ 4.4Ghz, 24GB RAM 1600 and a 1080ti, still my visuals are stuttering at LOWI. First i was running it an Prepard3DV3 (it was also stuttering) then i thought i might update to Prepar to V4, but (although less) still stuttering. Any tips ? Thx. Do you have anything frame intensive running at the same time? Tried lowering, no effect. Funny but after i installed "The Netherlands HD" same effect of stuttering ... My settings are medium. FPS limited at 30. When i'm flying my CPU and GPU are almost at 100%. Stuttering happens mostly on the ground and/if some clouds appear. By the way running a 1080ti now. Regards. Win7-64, GTX960 (4GB) , i7-6700K 4GHz No problems , no stutters, good or bad Wx all good, couple screenshots from bad Wx arrival. This scenery / airport is looking really good.
