German Deichler Posted December 15, 2018 Share Posted December 15, 2018 I have bought a few weeks ago orbx true hearth britain south and have not been able to get it to work Although ftx central its saying that the product is install, x plane 11 cannot find the scennery It download with no problem but when it tries to convert the files my computer crashes Can anyone help please ??? TerryM Posted December 15, 2018 Share Posted December 15, 2018 Please see the install guide here from Nick Whenever I've experienced the error message from your log file, I have cleared the download cache in FTX Central, shut it down and re-started, and sometimes re-installed FTX Central, after that it usually works. Unfortunately thought, thats a big download to redo....... so maybe contact Nick first and see if they can identify the problem is a corrupted file, or you need to refresh/reinstall FTXC.
