Aviara1985
Hey there, So now that ImagineSim released their excellent Singapore scenery and since I got some nostalgic history with that airport it was a first day buy for me. But that brings me back to Asia (I really hope you still plan to bring along openLC Asia and hopefully sooner than later ;-)). Taking-off to the northeast I noticed those straight coastlines, that I usually saw in my pre-Vectors days. Now I am not sure if there is something wrong or it's just the way it is (even with Vector).... that's why I am posting. Unfortunately the first screenshot (near WSSS) didn't get the coordinates correctly, but I checked out other asian places and found the same at Hanoi. Here are the shots. Normal or do I need to start troubleshooting? Thanks a lot
petfy
What you are seeing is correct (FSX with Vector). It has been my experience that Vector has less fidelity in nonpopular areas. This is to be expected to keep file sizes and rendering times down. An inland waterway in North Vietnam that is not close to an airport, POI, city, etc certainly qualifies for this. Aviara1985
Ok thanks. Yeah I though that might be the case. Just wanted to be sure.
