I decided to fly from Lake Pedder in Tassie (highly recommended) and I found that my aircraft was position halfway down the runway, facing sideways. It's the attention to detail like this that sets FTX apart from the rest. So much to discover. Great work guys. P.S. re. your problem. Come to think of it, I was positioned somewhere unusual on the runway if I remember. Got carried away doing a powerline survey near the dam and forgot about that. jgruschow Posted April 3, 2008 Share Posted April 3, 2008 3093 Just tried it out. If I select Lake Peder in the start menu I find I spawn crossways and half way down the runway. If I go to LP by clicking on my saved flights I arrive lined up correctly. Don't know if it's a fault in FSX or if Mark had a strong xwind when he designed it.
