Lost landclass on user airport in P3Dv4

This is a user generated airport in place of a stock airport (7FL6) in Daytona Beach.  It has always worked perfectly in v2 and v3.  I recompiled the airport using the v4 SDK.  The airport is surrounded by several landclass polygons, some of them default P3D textures and some of them ORBX textures.  I loaded the updated Global Base in v4 but left v3 in the previous version.  

 

The v3 version continues to render properly.7FL6 P3Dv3.jpg 

 

The landclass polygons in v4 become a checkerboard of ever-changing polygons unrelated to what has been compiled in the CVX.  7FL6 P3Dv4.jpg

 

I am using Object Flow 2 in v4, but reverting back to the original Object Flow had on effect on the problem.  I don't know if the updated Global Base could be the culprit.  Is there a way to revert back to the original Global Base in v4 to enable troubleshooting?
